Offenes Fußballtraining Roter Stern Jena – FLINTA* only

Das FLINTA*-Team des Vereins Roter Stern Jena lädt alle Interessierten zum Fußballtraining ein! Wir sind eine Gruppe, die sowohl aus Personen mit Trainingserfahrung besteht als auch aus Anfängerinnen. Es ist also egal, ob ihr bereits Fußballkenntnisse habt oder euch einfach (ein erstes Mal) ausprobieren wollt.
Das offene Training wird von zwei Personen angeleitet – wir üben ein wenig zusammen und beenden das Training mit einem lockeren Trainingsspiel, in dem möglichst schöne Spielzüge und voneinander lernen im Vordergrund stehen.

The FLINTA*-team of the club Roter Stern Jena invites all those interested to come to our football training! We are a group consisting of people with training experience as well as beginners. So it doesn’t matter whether you already know football or just want to try it out (for the first time).
The open training is led by one or two people – we practise a little together and end the training with a relaxed training game in which the main focus lies on creating some nice moves together, have fun, practice what we’ve learned in training and supporting each other.
